Lesson Packages

Each lesson is 60 minutes long, and entirely private in our Chesaning facility. The trainer will work with your pup for 30-45 minutes, and ask you to work with your pup for the remaining time under their direction. There is a minimum 7 day break between lessons where you will be expected to practice the commands learned with your dog at home EACH DAY. If your pup is still struggling with the previous lesson, the lesson will be repeated before new material is taught. The ability to pass an AKC test, Therapy test, or cover all material offered in the lesson package is largely dependent on your practice at home and is not guaranteed solely from class attendance. You are welcome to bring all members of your family, but we ask that the only dogs in attendance are the ones being trained. We can happily train multiple dogs from one household at the same time. Children are more than welcome to attend, though 60 minute dog training sessions can get tedious for younger children, and we want to be sure the participants are fully engaged during the lesson. Dogs and humans exhibiting signs of illness will be asked to reschedule. We ask that you please give 24 hours notice of cancellation. 2 no-shows or cancellations within less than 24 hours will result in termination of the lesson program. If you choose to upgrade your lesson program to a board and train program, unused lessons will go toward the cost of the board and train program. We offer a 5% discount to any active military personnel or veterans.
